Leipzig

Leipzig

One of the world's earliest books was printed in Leipzig in 1481!
The city has long enjoyed a very high reputation in the music world, thanks to the choir of St. Thomas [where J.S. Bach worked from 1723 until his death in 1750], the Gewandhaus Orchestra and the College of Music.
